Montenegro & North Macedonia withdraws from Eurovision 2023

The two balkan nations of Montenegro and North Macedonia have withdrawn from Eurovision 2023 which will be hosted in Liverpool. Due to financial difficulties with the two nations, they have unfortunately made the decision to withdraw, however North Macedonia will participate in Junior Eurovision 2022 which will be hosted in Yerevan, Armenia.
